Shipping & Delivery

Shipping a roll of film is not the same as receiving a commercial 60cm printer and powder shaker. DTFPROTECH separates parcel-style consumable orders from freight-style equipment deliveries so buyers can plan space, access, utilities, and receiving procedures before a machine arrives.

Consumables

DTF ink, transfer film, and hot melt powder are easier to ship than printer systems, but buyers should still inspect cartons on arrival, report visible transit damage quickly, and store materials in the right environment instead of leaving them in uncontrolled heat or cold.

Printer freight planning

  • Confirm the available footprint for the printer, shaker, operator movement, and maintenance access.
  • Review doorway widths, stairs, dock access, liftgate needs, and whether a receiving appointment is required.
  • Verify power requirements and ventilation before the equipment ships, not after it reaches your floor.
  • Plan installation timing so the machine does not sit unopened while operators are unavailable.

Lead-time expectations

Delivery timing depends on inventory position, freight scheduling, destination, and whether the order includes large equipment or only consumables. If your production launch date matters, ask for delivery planning help before checkout instead of assuming all DTF equipment ships like a small accessory order.

What to do before signing freight paperwork

Inspect outer packaging, note visible damage on the carrier record, and take photos before opening. If you are ordering the 60cm 2-head DTF printer with powder shaker, pre-read the Installation & Training page so receiving and setup happen in the right order.
